Renewal by Andersen Named Best Window Brand for 2021 by J.D. Power

Each year J.D. Power conducts a research study to determine the best brands across a multitude of industries in the US. For the calendar year 2021, J.D. Power named Renewal by Andersen as the top company within the manufacturing segment of the US Windows and Patio Doors industry.

This marks the 2^nd year in a row that Renewal by Andersen claimed the top spot in the J.D. Power study. Renewal by Andersen also tied for the highest ranking in the retail segment of the US Windows and Patio Doors industry, tying with Home Depot with a score of 87.6. The 2021 U.S. Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study was based on responses from consumers who either purchased windows or patio doors within the past 12 months. The company collected data from January through May of 2021.

The J.D. Power Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study is now in its 15^th year and measures satisfaction among customers based on performance in multiple factors. The manufacturer brand segment measures satisfaction among customers based on performance in the following 3 factors: operational performance and durability; appearance and design features; and product warranty. The retailer segment of the study measures satisfaction among customers based on performance in the following four factors: installation; ordering and delivery; price; and sales staff & service.
